During my time at Leicester, I worked extensively with Userlane to develop guided digital learning experiences for Nervecentre. The platform’s built-in AI capabilities were a standout feature—allowing end users to ask real-time questions through an AI agent, improving support and reducing friction during onboarding.

Userlane also enabled a consistent look and feel across the entire project while significantly speeding up production. Its flexible editing tools made it easy to update or refine existing content quickly and effectively, ensuring the learning journey stayed accurate, intuitive, and user-friendly.
